Unclear what is being recorded but it might be an outdoor Sunday mass held in Bislama. The event takes place outside, there are a few people around and birds are audible. A person prays at one point and a group is singing.
Side B contains speeches about education and the government.
It appears there are a number of interviews early on Side A.
